Below you'll find the ticket prices for the opera and ballet performances in the main auditorium.

Prices of concerts, guest performances and performances in the Almi Hall and the foyers vary. For details, please contact the Opera Box Office or see the production page.

Lippupiste ticket agent - Customer service fees

Online sales at Lippu.fi:
Each ticket is subject to a general service fee of EUR 1.00/ticket.
There are two options for delivery: a printable ticket (PDF) that you can print out yourself, or traditional paper tickets that are delivered by mail to your address.

Print-at-home tickets are subject to a service charge of EUR 2.50/ticket (for orders less than EUR 100) and EUR 3.50/ticket (for orders exceeding EUR 100).

Paper tickets sent by mail are subject to a delivery charge of EUR 8/order for postal delivery in Finland.

Sales at Lippupiste ticket outlets and R-kiosks:
Tickets sold at Lippupiste ticket outlets and R-kiosks are subject to a service charge of €2.50/ticket.

There is a phone charge of €1.97/minute + local network charge

Please note that tickets purchased directly from the FNO Box Office are not subject to any additional charges.

Discount tickets

Group discounts: Group discount 14% per person, performances from Mon to Thu in price groups A to D (minimum group size 30). Tour organizer discount 5% off list prices in price groups A to D. Granted to designated tour organizers.

Discount for schoolchildren (under 16 years old) 50% in price groups A to E.

Discount for students 50% in price groups A to E.
Student tickets for performances on the same day if there are free seats (no advance reservations): EUR 10 in price groups C to E. Do not apply to cancellations. Tickets are only sold personally, on presentation of a valid international student card.

Persons undergoing military or non-military civil service: See discounts for students.

Discount for pensioners EUR 5 per person in price groups A to C.

Discounts are granted for normal price tickets and separately for each production. Discounts do not apply to premieres or guest performances. Cancellation tickets for the shows on the same day are sold for normal prices.

At the moment, normal-price tickets, tickets for schoolchildren and student tickets are available at the Lippupiste online shop.

Other discount tickets are available at the FNO box office and at Lippupiste sales points. Any card (or other certificate) entitling to a discount must be displayed on request when attending the performance

Right of exchange and means of payment

Purchased tickets will not be exchanged or reimbursed. In case of a performance being cancelled due to force majeure, ticket holders will be reimbursed on presentation of the ticket. The Opera is not liable for any other costs incurred.

The FNO box office accepts Finnish debit cards and the most common international credit cards. Finnish culture vouchers are also accepted.
