On May 18, the Finnish National Ballet will stage a free performance at the Hartwall Arena showcasing a medley of classic and contemporary dance.
The two-and-a-half hour event promises an unprecedented evening of ballet at the arena, highlighting exceptional pieces from the world's best-loved ballets. The programme includes scenes from unforgettable classics like Swan Lake and last season's sold-out sensation, The Snow Queen, along with excerpts from contemporary dance works like Double Evil and In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated. Over 60 dancers will participate in the show, with opera soloists Jyrki Anttila and Helena Juntunen on hand to perform treasured arias.
